  • This class will cover cleansing the body and soul through detoxification and forgiveness.  We will focus on the elimination channels to detox physically as well as cleansing the Soul by uncovering and releasing emotional wounds.

The Primary and Secondary Nutrition for Body Soul Balance  

  • We are fed two different ways to receive life force in order to thrive.  The food on our plate is secondary; while the most important way to feed yourself comes through inspiration, relationships, and spiritual connection.

Exercising Body and Soul

  • Exercising the Body and Soul is one of the most powerful ways to sustain and transform your lifestyle.  We will discuss the importance of body movement through yoga and the connection it creates from the Body to the Soul.
